i was terminated on my 2 year anniversary date, the company i worked for post dated my term date to my last full date worked, and lied about my start date so they wouldnt have to pay me 2 weeks vacation pay i had earned. what rights do i have?



i started training on march 13 2006. my last full day worked was march 9th, i was dr cleared from work due to sickness through march 13, went to work on march 13 and was released.
