is an employer required to pay for reimbursement of a cpr and acls class which was required of job and they said they would pay for ?



i was told that i would be reimbursed but i turned in my resignation 5 days after i took the class and my employer is now saying they will not reimburse me for the class i paid for and took while enmployed. i am still emplyed with them for another week and took the class 3 weeks ago .i did not sign anything that saild they would not pay if i later quit.
